Marina Deck & Fence was founded in 2017 by a local crew that knew the Monterey Bay area well - the salt air, the sandy soil, the fog that rolls in off the water most mornings. Building outdoor structures near the coast is different from building them inland, and that knowledge shapes every project we take on.
Marina has a lot of older homes - many built during the Fort Ord era - alongside newer neighborhoods on the former base grounds near Cal State Monterey Bay. We have worked on both. Whether it is a mid-century backyard that has never had a proper deck, or a newer home that needs a fence to match the property, we approach each job the same way: measure carefully, build it right, and make sure the homeowner is happy before we leave.
